Battle of the Bands Submission
Welcome to the Lakefront Legends: Battle of the Bands! This competition is designed to showcase talented performers with high-energy performances, judged by industry professionals and live audience voting. Winning bands will receive incredible prizes, exposure, and the chance to take their career to the next level. Grand Prize includes cash prize, make over, and chance of being singed to a record label.

• Auditions: Open now → Thursday November 13
• Monthly Shows:
Location: Beach Club Estates,
161 Rose Drive , Lake Ronkonkoma, NY
• Thursday November 20,2025 6pm-10pm -6 artists compete 3 go to semi finals
• Thursday January 15, 2026- 6pm-10pm- 6 artists compete 3 go to semi finals
• Sunday February 15 , 2026 5pm-9pm - 6 Semi finales compete - 3 go to finals
• Finale: Sunday March 22, 2026 → 3 finalists face off for the Grand Prize
Artist Requirements
• Eligibility: 18+ musicians (solo or groups up to 5 members).
• Arrival: All performers must arrive at least 1 hour before show start time for check-in and sound check.
• Music Rules:
• Family-friendly only (no explicit, offensive, or violent lyrics).
• No hardcore rap.
• No heavy metal.
• Performance Rules:
• Each act performs 3 songs total 1 original, 1 cover, and one you create specifically for the show.
• Must perform with instruments (no pre-recorded tracks).
• Audience engagement is required.
Fees & Tickets
• Submission Fee: $25 (non-refundable).
• Entry Fee (if accepted): $150 per artist/group (covers backline, production, marketing).
• Audience Tickets $35 presale $40 at the door sold via anthonyslive.com
Judges & Voting
• Panel: 3 judges (musician, producer, media personality/local influencer).
• Scoring Breakdown (1–5 points per category):
• Vocals/Musicianship
• Stage Presence
• Originality
• Audience Engagement
• Audience Vote: In-person via app.
Rules & Disqualification
To ensure fairness and professionalism, all participants must follow these rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification without refund:
• Late Arrival: Bands must arrive 1 hour before showtime. Late arrivals risk forfeiting performance.
• Music Violations: Explicit lyrics, offensive themes, heavy metal, hardcore rap, or inappropriate content are not allowed.
• Backing Tracks: Pre-recorded music is not permitted (except original samples approved by event staff).
• Respect & Conduct: Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior toward staff, judges, audience, or other artists will not be tolerated.
• Fee Compliance: All fees must be paid in full prior to participation.
Event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding disqualification.
